My name is Sydney and I am your average
23 24 year old. My favourite things in life are travelling, breakfast, a really good coffee, and sprinkles (don’t they just make everyone’s lives better?) I started this blog to diarize my baking successes – and failures – and share some of my favourite recipes with others who love to experiment in the kitchen as much as I do.
a little about me:
I’m constantly thinking about food. Constantly. “Procrastibaking” describes me to a T and if I’m not physically in a kitchen baking I am thinking about baking. If I had to choose my favourite food it would be a poutine (Canadian, eh?) and my favourite desserts would be ice cream or cantonese pineapple buns. I think my love of all ice cream is related to the 4 years that I spent chowing down on mini-blizzards every shift while working at Dairy Queen during high school and university, but that’s another story. Oh, and my favourite meal of all time is breakfast.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management. By day I can be found working in recruitment, but my evenings and weekends are reserved for my favourite thing to do, baking. 🙂 I love to experiment and try new things, but I must say I am a much better baker than I am a cook.
